Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain Lowfat yogurt
1/4 tsp celery flakes
1/8 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Sprinkle of pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
Directions:
Mustard gives it bite and the spices and herbs really taste good without salt.
