Yogurt Dip: Salt-Free & Delicious!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain Lowfat yogurt
1/4 tsp celery flakes
1/8 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Sprinkle of pepper
1/4 tsp cumin

Directions:
Mustard gives it bite and the spices and herbs really taste good without salt.

incorrect nutritional info

Sorry but yogurt contains sodium, which is salt. One cup has between 100-175mg depending on brand. Can't call this salt free

Okay so I wasn't expecting much...but I liked it and I am a salty foods lover. Good recipe, I recommend giving it a try.
